Gefilte fish

Gefilte fish is a classic of the Jewish table: seasoned minced fish formed into patties and gently cooked. It is a Shabbat and Yom Tov favourite, served cold with chrain (horseradish). We make ours the traditional way.

Blintzes

Blintzes are thin crepes wrapped around a filling and lightly fried. Because our kitchen is completely dairy free, our blintzes contain no cheese or dairy. They suit Shavuot, brunches and dessert tables.
